My name is Alien Flores Markham. Born and raised in the Netherlands, my grandmother (a certified Reflexologist and Reiki healer) sparked my interest in Massage at a very early age. Receiving her healing touch and experiencing the many benefits of massage inspired me to learn about Massage Therapy and Holistic modalities.
I graduated with Honors and over 1350 hours of Advanced Neuro Muscular Therapy at the National Holistic Insitute in Sacramento. I am also a Certified Reiki practioner initiated in the 1st and 2nd degree of Usui Reiki. I have a background teaching Child yoga and teached the MaYaYa Dance Method in pre-schools in Los Angeles before I relocated to the Sacramento area.
My touch has been described as nurturing and gentle. Besides intergrating Energy work, I am passionate about using crystals gemstones and aromatherapy in my sessions. I love customizing our session to YOUR needs, listening not only to you, but to your body during the bodywork. Trusting my intuition, creating a safe space where your body can listen to it's natural wisdom to heal itself.
